About the event

Attendees of the two-day Rare Shoreline Species Workshop will have the opportunity to learn about four federally- and state- listed species in both a lecture and field setting. Our species experts will review the habitat, range, life history, and field identification tips for the following:

California Ridgway’s Rail, Federally and State Endangered

Western Snowy Plover, Federally Threatened, State Species of Special

Concern

California Least Tern, Federally and State Endangered

Salt Marsh Harvest Mouse, Federally and State Endangered
